Is it legal to put someone on an advertisement without permission?
I have advertisement banners to be used on various websites that are 300×250 pixels and have a professional athlete on the ad. I don’t have any permission, but I don’t need it do I? I feel like I see ads with professionals (or random people for that matter) none of whom probably got permission.
It’s a professional athlete… I wouldn’t know how to contact.
